2. Service Description

Sowizzy is a third-party tool for Sorare fantasy football players. We provide:

• Gallery tracking and collection management
• Player statistics and performance analysis
• Price alerts and craft notifications
• Lineup building tools and fixture difficulty ratings
• Player scouting and comparison features

Important: Sowizzy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sorare. All Sorare trademarks and data belong to Sorare.

3. User Accounts

To use Sowizzy, you must:

• Have a valid Sorare account
• Authorize Sowizzy via Sorare OAuth
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

Sowizzy is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

• Statistics and data may contain errors or be out of date
• Floor prices and market data may be delayed or incorrect
• Player ratings and analysis are algorithmic and may not reflect actual performance
• We do not guarantee service uptime or availability
• Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice

Do not make financial decisions based solely on Sowizzy data.Always verify information with official Sorare sources.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sowizzy for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or abuse our API or services
• Reverse engineer or copy our code or features
• Use automated tools to access Sowizzy (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Violate Sorare's Terms of Service through use of Sowizzy

6. Intellectual Property

Sowizzy's code, design, and features are owned by its creators. Sorare trademarks, player data, and game content remain the property of Sorare. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Sowizzy's code or content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sowizzy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Sowizzy at any time without notice. We may also remove or suspend user accounts that violate these terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Sowizzy integrates with third-party services (Sorare, Discord, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sowizzy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via Discord or on the homepage.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
